We answer all genuine questions from U.S. pool owners about above-ground pool heating. We do not handle Amazon order issues, brand warranty claims, or installation service requests; those go to the manufacturer or retailer directly.
How long does it take to get a response?
2 business days for most questions. Complex pool sizing or multi-heater comparison questions may take up to 3 business days because we route them to the relevant specialist. We do not answer on weekends. If you haven’t heard back in 3 business days, check your spam folder; our replies sometimes land there.
Can you tell me exactly which heater to buy for my pool?
Yes, that’s one of the most useful things we do. Tell us your pool size in gallons (or feet if you don’t know the gallons), your state, and your approximate budget. We’ll give you a direct recommendation, heater type, specific models, and why. We won’t give you a list of 10 options to figure out for yourself.
Do you answer questions about in-ground pools?
No. This site covers above-ground pool heaters only. In-ground pool heating systems operate at different BTU requirements, plumbing standards, and equipment specifications. If you have an in-ground pool, our content and recommendations do not apply to your situation.
Can I submit a product for review?
